Returns & Exchanges

At Glomarko, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and fair.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with the original packaging and accessories.
  • Customized or personalized items may not be returned unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
  • Items that fall under hygiene or safety-sensitive categories (e.g., mattresses, bedding) are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.

Timeframe

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • After 30 days, returns may not be accepted unless the item has a warranty-covered defect.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Log in to your Glomarko account and go to the My Orders section.
  2. Contact our support team at returns@glomarko.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  3. If eligible, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions.
  4. Repackage the item(s) securely with all original components and documentation.
  5. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  6. Use a traceable shipping method to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.
  7. Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after the returned item is received and inspected.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
  • If you're requesting a different size, color, or style, we'll ship your replacement once the original item is returned and approved.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact returns@glomarko.com as soon as possible.
  • Include clear photos of the issue to help us assess and resolve it.
  • We’ll work quickly to issue a replacement, refund, or repair based on your situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged (unless defective or damaged upon receipt):

  • Bedding and mattresses
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Policy Updates

Glomarko reserves the right to update this policy at any time without notice. The latest version will always be available on our website and becomes effective immediately upon posting.
