At Glomarko, we’re committed to processing and delivering your orders efficiently and reliably. Below you'll find key information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping restrictions, taxes, and tracking.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.
  • Processing typically takes 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders ship the next business day after processing is complete.
  • During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales events), processing times may be extended.
  • Please note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days
  • Transit Time (U.S. Orders): 7–15 business days after shipping
  • Transit Time (International Orders): 10–20 business days depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local carrier operations, or regional service conditions.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, Mexico, and Asia.
  • Shipping is not available to the following locations:
    • Alaska
    • Hawaii
    • Puerto Rico
    • Guam
    • PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses
  • Carriers include UPS, FedEx, USPS, Pioneer, and other international partners depending on your location and order size.
  • Items under 150 lbs are shipped via standard carriers.
  • Items over 150 lbs are delivered via freight.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Any applicable fees (e.g., remote area surcharges or international handling) will be clearly shown before payment.

Sales Tax

  • Sales tax is determined by your shipping destination.
  • Even if you reside in a tax-exempt state, you may be charged tax if the shipment is delivered to a taxable region.
  • Final tax totals are calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice.

Tax Exemption

  • If you are a tax-exempt organization or reseller, you can apply for a tax exemption by submitting the necessary documentation.

Force Majeure

Orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather disruptions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs delays

We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed in the event of any delays.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
  2. Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

Our team will assess the damage and determine the appropriate next steps, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or return.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive both an Order Confirmation and a Shipping Confirmation with tracking details.
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number via the carrier’s website, or log in to your Glomarko account for real-time updates.

Important Reminders

  • Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
  • Return shipping is not covered for orders returned due to dissatisfaction or customer error.
