Care & Setup

Machine wash the cover on a delicate cycle using cold or warm water up to 30°C / 86°F. Do not use bleach. Allow the liner to dry completely before reassembly.

After delivery, allow 2–3 days for the memory foam to fully expand and regain softness. Expansion may take longer in colder rooms.

Limited Warranty

The listed 12-month limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, including foam integrity, zippers, seams and liner issues, plus abnormal foam collapse under normal use. It excludes chewing damage, misuse, outdoor exposure and normal wear and tear.
