Delivery Information
This item ships by freight. The driver delivers outside the house or facility and does not enter the building. For apartments and high-rise buildings, delivery is to the building, not to the individual residence. A working phone number is required to arrange shipment. Freight shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days longer than small-package shipping.
The existing supplier delivery notice states that refused or undeliverable shipments returned because the carrier cannot contact the recipient incur a $300 deduction from the refund for round-trip shipping.
